Palm Kernal Fatty Acid Distillate

Palm Kernel Fatty Acid Distillate (PKFAD) is produced during the refining process of the Palm Kernel oil. It is mostly obtained by splitting and the subsequent vacuum distillation of palm kernel oil.

PKFAD is widely used in the oleochemicals industries for making soap, detergent and shampoos. They find applications in all types of soap manufacturing, lubricants and has many more industrial applications like Amines, betaines, esters, fatty alcohols, lubricants, surface finishes, cosmetics and personal care, solid liquid soaps, textile finishing, leather finishing, finishing fibres, coatings, resins and surfactants.
