Sunflower Acid Oil

Sunflower Acid Oil is the Soap-stock obtained during neutralisation of Sunflower Oil which is being collected in Vessel and acidified at an elevated temperature. The acidification results separation of fatty matter from the soap stock water and oil mixture. The fatty matter is being collected separately as an Acid oil and stored in storage tank. It is an important source of fatty acids and contains minimal amount of sterols and glycerides. It is available in Pale Yellow Colour. It is being generally used for making Oil based soaps and it also finds application in surface coating purposes.
