Rice bran Acid Oil is the Soap-stock obtained during neutralisation of Rice Bran Oil is being collected in Vessel and acidified at an elevated temperature. The acidification results separation of fatty matter from the soap stock water and oil mixture. The fatty matter is being collected separately as an Acid oil and stored in storage tank. It is generally used for making soaps, detergents and cosmetics. It is also a good source of Tocopherols and Tocotrienols. It can also be used as a raw material for bio diesel manufacturing.
